Have a question about One Up Vibe? Here are some frequently asked questions to help clear any confusion!

To place an order, visit our website at oneupvibe.com, browse our products, and add your desired items to the cart. Proceed to checkout and follow the prompts to complete your purchase.

While we always strive to have new orders packed and shipped on the same day, we are not always able to accommodate all orders in such a short time frame. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and is being sent out to one of our shipment carrier partners.

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the ype of shipment you choose for your order. Packages sent using our free shipping option will typically arrive within 7 business days of being shipped. Orders using pririoty shipping should arrive within 3 days of being shipped, while those sent using expedited shipping usually arrive within 2 business days from being shipped. Please note that shipping arrival estimations begin once the package has been sent off with one of our shipping partners, and DO NOT include processing time needed to prepare and fulfill the order.  You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information for your shipment once your order has shipped. ONEUPVIBE.COM IS PLEASED TO OFFER FREE ground SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS SHIPPING within the continental US AND CANADA. For customers who’d like a faster delivery we offer priority shipping and expedited shipping upgrades for a fee.  You can select your preferred shipping method at checkout.

 Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order on the carrier’s website.

We accept returns on certain unused items within 30 days of purchase. Please see our full return policy here. 

The legality of magic mushroom products varies by location. Please check your local laws and regulations before purchasing. As of this posting (5/31/24) our mushroom edibles, which are 100% psilocybin free, are legal in all US states except for the state of Louisiana. For that reason, we do not ship orders of mushroom edibles to that state.

The effects of magic mushroom bars can vary based on the individual and dosage. Common effects include altered perceptions, enhanced creativity, and a sense of euphoria. It is important to consume responsibly.

Our magic mushroom bars are made with our signature blend, a premium trio of Lions Mane, Cordyceps, and  Amanita Muscaria mushrooms.

Also, a reminder that the statements made on this website have not been evaluated by the FDA. Our products are not intended to prevent, diagnose, treat, or cure any disease. 

Currently, we only ship web orders to the United States and Canada. We do ship internationally for wholesale orders. If you would like more information on placing a wholesale order please contact us at [email protected] or by calling (213)298-3185.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer support team at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.

Store your mushroom chocolate bars in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to maintain their potency and freshness.

If you experience any adverse effects, discontinue use immediately and seek medical attention if necessary. 

Yes, our products undergo rigorous lab testing to ensure they meet high standards of quality and safety. All official One Up Magic Mushroom Chocolate Bars come with a QR code affixed to the back side of the bar. Use this QR code to obtain specific lab testing results for the batch your bar was made from. You can also view your batch results by visiting the Batch Testing tab in the main navigation menu.
