1. Free Ground Shipping

• Offer: We are pleased to offer free ground shipping site-wide.
• Estimated Delivery Time: Up to 14 days.
• Note: Shipping times begin once your package has been picked up by the shipping provider and do not include order processing time.

2. Upgraded Shipping Options

For those who need their items sooner, we offer the following upgraded shipping options for an additional fee:

• Priority Shipping: Estimated delivery of up to 5 days.
• Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery of up to 2 days.
• Note: As with ground shipping, these delivery times do not include order processing time and begin once the package is picked up by the shipping provider.

3. Order Processing Time

• Standard Processing Time: While it is not guaranteed, The One Up Company LLC does its best to process all new orders within 48 hours of receiving the order.
• Extended Processing: Some orders may be held in processing for up to 2 weeks depending on product availability. If your order is held for 2 weeks, it may be canceled and refunded at the company’s discretion.

4. Return Shipping

• Responsibility: Return shipping is not covered by The One Up Company LLC.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

• Responsibility: The One Up Company LLC is not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged while in the possession of the shipping provider.
• Insurance: If you would like to add insurance to your package, please contact the shipping provider or a third-party insurance provider directly.
